Try some my macaroon*

IMGP3553.jpg

This picture is macaroon of Ayar.
It isn’t bad? I have gotten a knack for making it.
But macaroons that I put on the silicon seat changed their shapes a little and
when I did something else, they were browned.
But I saw what I should do next time and I memorized the texture of dough called
“ macaroonaju”.
I’ll make it next weekend.
You have to use much sugar when you make macaroon.
If my family ate everything, they would gain weight…..
What am I gonna do? I’m gonna bring them to work…..

speaking of food and tokyo... let me just share this short story; together with my family, we had dinner last sunday at our favorite asian restaurant. as usual, i had my favorite 'maki' & 'sashimi' and the kids had stir-fried noodles and some lemon chicken. my 6-yr old said: 'pop, are these plates authentic chinawares?' and i confidently said 'yes, of course they are!'. and she replied a few seconds after 'so, authentic chinawares are actually made in japan!'

hahahaha! the plates are all made in japan!

Hello jaejae!
wow! your comment made me surprise:) ahaha
it's not hamburgers! oh!! ahaha:)
Yeah, macaroons go with coffee:)
By the way thank you for a short story about your family:)
Actually the asian restaurant use very good dishes:)
Because Chinese dishes are cheaper than Japanese.
and sometimes Chinese dishes are made with lead.
It's not good for health!
anyway, I'm pleased you enjoyed eating 'maki' & 'sashimi' with your family:)
