my new good routine

IMGP7752.jpg

After 5-day-holiday called “ Golden week “ I’ve been busy at work.
Everyday I think I wanna go home early but I can’t seem to do it.
It’s a good thing to be able to go to work later than usual when I work over time.
Last Friday I decided to go to work at 10 in the morning.
I got up as usual and jogged about for an hour.
The air was fresh and cold. It felt really nice I was able to make time for jogging before going to work.
When I stopped by the shrine as usual, I passed two people there and said “ morning”
to each other. When I went there, it was around at 5:30 in the morning. So nobody was there. But when it’s around 7, people stop by there.
The shrine is very small but it supports people around there.
I wanna value the God or something there.
I try not to make a wish and say “ Thank you for everything and please protect from something with a bow.
Something on my mind went away and I felt really great.
Jogging is good for losing weight and going to the shrine is good for losing my worries!
This is my new good routine.
By the way I took this picture at Daikaku-temple in Kyoto.

Ayamlin, I like very much this picture of the Daikaku-temple in Kyoto: beautiful the structure and those green and red trees are so nice!

Of course I didn't climb those high mountains of my post: they are more than 2500 meters high! However, when I am in the mountains I enjoy a lot walking and then climbing up... with the car!!

Hi Pietro!
Thank you for liking this picture:)
you must enjoy seeing temples in Kyoto:)
it's totally different from Roman churches:)
you know I like Roman history, too:)
by the way oh, you can drive to the upper of the mountain.
it's very convenient! it's very good:)

Hi Linda!
Thank you for saying that:)
You've been to shrines a lot, haven't you?
I remember some shrine's pictures you posted on your blog when you were still in Tokyo:)

Hi Marina!
How've you been?
Yeah, I know how you feel!!
I love sweets. oh, I love eating:)
that's why I jog.
I always think I wish I didn't put weight if I had eaten way to much.
ahaha:)
probably after moving to Belgium you can enjoy jogging! because the scenery isn't familiar for you and you can enjoy seeing it while jogging:) oh, I'm jealous of you!

Hi Pietro!
the book about Jesus Christ is interesting.
I found out my selfish character from the book.
Because if were a person who lived at the same period when he was alive, I would've hoped only miracle or something for my sickness or something from him the same as people around him.

and I've read books about Roman history before. it was really interesting. but it's interesting to read a book about other sides of Roma, too!

Hello Ayamlin! That japanese page is so beautiful! Unfortunately I can't understand the ideograms (I should like to be able to understand them), I agree, the blossom buds of my post look like those chocolates! :-)
Have a nice week!

Hello Ayamlin! I think it's too complicated to send chocolates from Japan to Italy or from Italy to Japan, don't you think so? :-) I also would have some good chocolates to send to you: the well-known gianduiotti of Turin!
Have a pleasant day :-)
