I believe in everything going well

DSC00871.jpg

I learned how to bake this tart the day before the earthquake.
This lesson was the last beginner's lesson.
These days many men are working in the front of the nuclear plants.
They risked their lives even though they have family.
I'm thinking of various things.
But now I have to live strongly not to be worried too much.
I should get my mind off of it.
I gotta work hard and save on electricity.
Don't worry about anything too much.
I believe in everything going well.

I've been hoping you would post an update so we could find out how you are doing. Thank you! You are being wise in trying not to worry too much. Worrying is useless. Just be concerned and try to find the simple joys in each day, such as the beauty of a perfect tart. It looks almost too good to eat!

I'm very impressed with that beautiful tart you learned to make. I am also looking forward to the reactors getting in control. We all heard about the Fukushima 50 several days ago. I hope they're OK. I'm just amazed at their bravery. We saw one of the volunteers interviewed. When he told his wife that he would be going, he said with tears in his eyes, "She told me to go and save Japan." That made me cry. If it was my husband, would I be able to say that? I truly don't know if I could be that brave and self sacrificing.

That tart you learned to bake looks delicious, I'd like to taste it!

Hi Ayamlin,

Thank you for the update on my blog. I appreciate your taking the time to let me know how you are doing. I'm glad you are staying positive while being cautious, too. Smart girl! Does the radiation situation seem to be improving yet? I'm sure it feels as if this has been going on forever.

When is your baby due? Do you know if it's a girl or a boy? I'm sure your baby is staying safe in your womb.

It's a chilly day here in Maine, and we had more snow last week. I'm ready for warm weather!

Your tart looks very yummy! With the others I say that the men working on the nuclear plants are heroes in their selflessness!
Yes, it's good to do the normal daily things!
